Otherwise known as the Silvers, Silvanus Heights was once a neighborhood for factory workers and their favorite taverns. In a fashion, it still is, except the factories have closed. The poor live in Old Silvers, where things are affordable, but the area's not without its own culture. A curious blend of unsuccessful artists and jobless intellectuals fill the local bars. They have little money, but they're not without hopes and dreams.
