BASICS: Regina Cosmopolitan was the daughter of a powerful mafia syndicate in Nerio City. However, with most of her syndicate victims of the scourge, she has volunteered to destroy the scourge pokemon who ruined her former life. She is a character very driven by hate, guilt, and fear. Overall, she's a posh little researcher who was once involved in pokemon crimes involving cloning stolen pokemon.

She can thread anywhere at anytime. She loves to talk!

hmmmm. an interesting subject for emily. she'd want to be friends because well, emily wants to be friends with everyone she meets. if regina was mean to her, it'd just make emily more attached in the 'i wonder why she's so sad...maybe i can make her feel better!' kinda way. idek. ideas?

That would work! A grumpy day for Regina would be really dark and dreary. It would be funny too for Regina to feel like someone were studying her! Maybe when we all get closer to the scourge areas, Emily could be key in breaking down regina and getting to her nitty gritty core. It would be cool to fight together against the scourge!! If you ever need to borrow pokemon for a gym match too, mi pokemon es tu pokemon bc i dont really need them for much except for defense against the scourge lol

sophia - hades agent who has some really complicated feelings regarding free will and the purpose of her mission. tends to be a vacuum for guilt - if it's even marginally her fault, then she'll say it's completely her fault. she keeps low as a civilian and hates attracting attention, but she usually plays the support role in scourge battles unless things are really grim

alia - i mean i think u know her p well but basically she's this extroverted researcher who prefers getting her hands dirty over all this techy stuff. maybe regina could be partners with her? alia can be blunt to a fault, but she usually means well

uwu they are both cool. hey when i get to decima can i thread with sophia? it doesn't have to be a scourge battle immediately - just something with a situation where they can meet first she's an agent right -- but she isn't very sadistic? I... think I will be there next week and if you trust me, I can just start some thread and we can go from there?

anyways, u can thread with sophia anywhere bb. tbh if you catch her in civilian getup, she's going to do whatever she can to hide her affiliation. you'd be lucky to catch her froslass in sight tbh. she doesn't enjoy cruelty, but she has a high tolerance for it. the only situation that i can think of her being particularly aggressive is if someone tries to hurt zahir. otherwise she's p chill. doesn't talk much unless it's necessary tho.

ngl i imagine alia and regina's first thread to be in nerio with regina showing her around at night. decima isn't anything like dat city, as you can imagine lol. if anyone tries to bother them, alia is definitely the girl who resorts to FISTS!! before remembering that she has pokemon lol

uwu i think the alia/melchior thing is more like admiration x100000000 at this point. like she'll defend his rep anywhere and more or less hero worships him like a 10 year old trainer brat lol. she'll try to act all cool about her 'perfectly justified respect' thing but he's probably her phone screensaver lol

Hey, Tiff’s nearly at Nerio and when she gets there she’s kinda gonna try to look for her daddy. I’m thinking she finds daddy’s mobile and goes through all the contacts ringing them up and idk Regina picks up. Probably not Regina’s personal phone but a general mafia hideout phone? (Do mafia hideouts even have phones? Lemme know if that sounds stupid, okay?)
