Welcome to KOHAKU. Come for the nightmares. Stay for the tea and crumpets.
The season is SUMMER. It is easy for survivors to forage for food from the land, as there are entire abandoned farms ready for harvest. On the downside, you can smell the corpses.

jasper looked up from across the gym. he was poking around at a sail fossil. mercedes had given it to him as a present--he thought it was a present, at least. he was probably kidding himself. she just wanted him to revive her the fossil, most likely. it could never be a present.
...not that he would mind reviving the fossil for her of course.
"jasmine isn't in today," he to said to the would-be challenger.
