Single child. Mother was researcher, father worked in the Bacchus Gym/Theater. Injured in the Lua Gardens collapse, still bears the scars - walks with slight limp (more pronounced when attempting to run/jog), loss of dexterity in left hand. Didn’t know any of the casualties, but it was a rattling experience all the same. Often teased as a child. Reacted with equal parts crying, and getting physical retribution. With help from parents, eventually learned to ignore other’s opinions. Grew in confidence…maybe a bit too much. Traveled often with mother on her research trips. Favorite places are Sol City, Prosperina City, and Ceres Forest. Not what you would call a ‘sheltered’ child. Actually aspired to be a pokemon Coordinator, and liked to poke into Hespera city to visit the Contest Tower regularly. Even pondered leaving the Kohaku region to travel to other Contest Halls. Post-Scourge Mother was at Lake Pax at the time of the outbreak (Nima was very nearly there too, but was denied access at the time). Mother’s fate is currently uncertain - no remains found, but given the nature of the infected pokemon, that’s not terribly surprising. Nima maintains hope. Father was in Bacchus Town at the time, his whereabouts are also unknown. It’s likely he attempted to hold the town when the scourge first hit, so if he is not in Nenia’s Tunnel, he’s very likely dead. Nima maintains hope. Nima was in Prosperina City at the time of the outbreak, killing time since being denied access to the institute at Lake Pax. As news flooded in, and routes back home were blocked off, only one real option quickly made itself very apparent - get into the EOS Program ranks.
