Raised to be a polite, proper lady Delphina acts poised and proper when in front of the eyes of others. Still this doesn't seem to stop her more childish side to come out. Much like her appearance, Delphi acts much like a young inquisitive child. She finds every new discovery she has made exciting and fun. Her "innocent" personality doesn't always hide her mature nature however. She is still an adult despite her youthful appearance and will act like one when the time calls for it. She can also be a bit... eccentric at times, especially when discovering something she deems "revolutionary". She holds a high respect for the most noticeable pokemon professors such as professor Oak, Elm, and Juniper. She also has a love for sweets and anything that is candy despite it giving her toothaches. She can be a bit egotistical and at times arrogant, it comes with being a researcher. She can also hold a grudge and can get jealous and possessive at times as well, especially with her research. She is also prideful and stubborn and believes that science can prove everything and has high hopes in being the one who will stop the scourge completely. history Born in the Kanto region to a pair of rich parents Delphina was raised to be a prim and proper young lady. She was to an extent, nothing more than a trophy piece for her parents to show off at banquets to other rich folk who did the same. As a child Delphina was always a curious person, she constantly questioned things such as "where do pokemon come from?" "Why hasn't anyone ever seen them mate before?" and other such questions other would deem "pointless". It was when she was a bit older after listening to one of "Professor Oak's Talk Shows" did she finally finalize her ambition to become a pokemon professor. However, her parents wouldn't have it taking her dream from her for a time. Though this didn't stop her, Delphi planned for a whole year until she was prepared to make her escape. Running away she traveled to the Johto region before traveling abroad and finally ending up in the Kohaku region.
