name artemis bridget sharrow. age twenty-three. class breeder. hometown sol city, kohaku region personality • honest • hardworking • courageous • enthusiastic • ambitious • troublemaker • theatrical • stubborn • overprotective • fierce history • artemis grew up on the beaches of sol city. she was always outdoorsy, going on hikes, swimming, surfboarding, and battling against the local water types. despite always battling them, she never owned any. the only pokemon she grew up in the possession of was a drifloon she'd raised from an egg. her mother had bought it off a wandering merchant and gifted it to her for her twelfth birthday. • the drifloon that she owned had become infected with the disease she'd only heard rumors about. she'd been out on an adventure out toward the somnus ruins when they were attacked by a rabid, demonized houndoom. she ran home with the drifloon in her arms in hopes of healing it, but it was too late. rather than tell her parents, she locked her infected, bloodthirsty pokemon in her closet, hoping she could find a cure to revert it back to normal. • when the drifloon was found by artemis's father, it was killed on site- beaten past unconsciousness by her father's venasaur. the girl cried. she vowed to beat the scourge, for her lost drifloon, and protect pokemon from the likes of those monsters. • though she's willing to breed any pokemon that she can get into her possession, artemis has a knack for amorphous egg types. • artemis has every intention to capture every pokemon she comes across. she believes that they're safer in pokeballs than they are in this new, violent world. but, unless they've been vaccinated, she'd be too scared to ever let them out of their pokeballs. ooc face claim: TOARU MAJUTSU NO INDEX, yuriko
