When Hazel refused to onto college as she promised her parents, she tried numerous times to join the Eos Project to rid the world of the awful mutations, she was rejected numerous times. Later she'd find out about all the nasty letters her parents sent to the group threatening lawsuits if they accepted their daughter. Working odd jobs around the city for four years, Lynn found herself face to face with an Eos Recruiter. After her shift, she followed the man to the office to reapply. Accepted almost immediately Lynn found herself questioning why she hadn't before. A note in her files explained the threats made by her parents. Now an adult living in her own small apartment her parent's treats of legal action against Eos were nullified.
