From a young age she was trained as a part of this clan, to be proficient with weapons, and formed a bond with a cousin of hers from an offshoot branch of the clan that was much less respected. Growing up, she grew to respect her cousin's steadfast loyalty to family, despite how horribly his branch of the family was treated. Regardless, as she grew up, it became clear that she was quite proficient as a mercenary, in spite of her young age, and so, at the age of sixteen, she began to get sent on her first missions, which were easy enough considering most would not suspect a young teenager to be a part of such a dangerous clan of mercenaries. At the same time, she saw less and less of her cousin, the young boy being sent on different jobs than her. This continued for a few years until incredibly recently, when her cousin journeyed to the Kohaku Region for mercenary work, and even less was heard from him. Time passed, and no one ever heard back from her cousin, and Luna grew more and more concerned as more and more time passed. Growing restless, she asked to go there as well, but was denied. Not listening to the express orders to not go there, the girl soon departed anyway for the faraway region to figure out what was going on. She took a gift her cousin had given her before departing, a Spinda, and ventured off to the capital city of this Kohaku region; she knew that her skills alone would not be proficient for fighting the Scourge. She, of course, joined up with Eos shortly after arriving, figuring that keeping any pokemon she found vaccinated was highly intelligent.
