NEO'S FAMILY

or rather, I figured since I swapped her fc to gumi, gumo is probably a relative. neo's from decima, so her relatives probably are too. i don't actually care if gumo is a brother, a twin, a cousin, or whatever.

for those of you that don't know, neo was basically a normal girl prior to the scourge. really smart and bookish, but otherwise regular. she was pretty popular and involved with the community, etc etc. what her family was like is pretty much all up in the air.

she does care deeply for her family. currently, she thinks they're all dead. the most likely survival method would be to flee in the opposite direction she did, ie to hespera city. with all the confusion though, they could've just missed each other. it's not like neo's been easy to track down herself.

i think it's most likely that he's either a civilian or hades agent. if he were eos, they'd both have to be incredibly dumb to not see each other over six months. hades agent would be nicely dramatic, but civilians are super fun and i'd love to see more of them.

similar to above, I figured if I was gonna have to fc akaito, I may as well ask for a kaito twin for griff. they're either very close or they haven't seen each other since they were kids. when they were young, their family was filthy rich, and then shit happened. they would've spent their preteens/teens slumming it out, and griff got involved in a lot of crime. they could've parted ways there or stuck it out together. In any case, griff was involved in a massive eist, became a millionaire for a few years, and then the law caught up with him.

if they were close (even if his brother didn't approve of his lifestyle), then they'd probably have stayed in touch. griff's recently out of prison, one of the first things he'd do is make sure his brother's okay.

if they parted ways, then I imagine griff has no fucking clue what's going on with his brother. unless they're polar opposites and loathe each other, I'd assume griff still cares though.

griff's brother could literally be any class. i think breeders are in minor demand right now, so I guess I recommend that--but seriously, could be anything.

also, fair warning: griff's given name is sunshine rainbow griffith. I can only imagine what sort of horrific name was saddled on his brother. (starlight daydream griffith, anybody?)

GRIFF'S FRIENDS

by which I mean, the group of neerdowells that he performed the heist of the century with. they broke into and out of hespera's museum, stealing enough stuff to make them all millionaires. they killed a few people along the way though.

griff was the vault breaker. i figure the rest include the rest of the monaco gang (any combination of pickpocket, cleaner, lookout, mole, gentleman, and hacker--griff is locksmith and redhead rolled into one). they'd pretty much be the who's who of kohaku blue collar crime.

his bio is vague on the subject, but I imagined that they parted ways after the successful heist. somehow (perhaps one of them turned him in--perhaps it was just bad luck), the cops finally linked griff to the heist. he's refused to name his cohorts, because he's better than that.

but yeah, again, civilians would be cool, but any class works.

no specific fcs. (ALTHOUGH it'd be funny if gumo and kaito were on the team, in which case, we may as well round out the rest with moar vocaloids.)

currently planning miranda from dgm as her fc, but also depends if gumo and kaito are in too -- in which case it can change.

Kaito is in on the criminal crew--idk what role though. I know Dandy wants to make him Griff's opposite, which if we want to stick to old tropes, he's either the strong and silent type or a quiet geeky thing.

No word on Gumo yet though.
