BARONESS ANDROMEDA is the mayor of Nerio City and ringleader of the Andros Family. When the scourge invaded, she went on lockdown in her estate. She lives in luxury, in a "bunker" that has more in common with a private spa, and she plans to wait until someone else defeats the scourge.

"This scourge business is quite nasty, isn't it? It's no problem though. I'm sure all the fuss will be over in no time."

Andromeda thinks very well of the Eos Program, unlike most breeders. She believes they will absolutely save the region. If they're having any issues, surely they'll prove up to the task after a bit of experience. Her faith in you makes her dismissive of the scourge threat.

Andromeda is used to having people do things for her. As mayor, she delegates. As leader of the Andros Family, she is their resident criminal mastermind. She talks, people listen. She commands, people obey. She pulls a few strings, and her bank account magically refills itself.

In fact, Andromeda finds doing anything herself distasteful and impractical. Firstly, she doesn't like getting down and dirty. Secondly, there are surely other people more suited to the task than her. If you want to plan an impossible heist, ask Andromeda for help. If you want her to fight the scourge, she's not your woman.
