the litwick was overwhelmed by the combination of attacks, and adding to it being confused, it gave up. challenging a human was a foolish move, it thought shortly before it passed out, flames dying down to a small ember. it was still alive, but just barely.

Neo recalled gastly quickly before her burns did any lasting damage, and decided to pick up and carry Tir instead of recalling him too. You'd never know when you'd need to fire blast someone in the face, she supposed.
