The season is SUMMER. It is easy for survivors to forage for food from the land, as there are entire abandoned farms ready for harvest. On the downside, you can smell the corpses.

Luckily, the third Pokemon that Aksel had was his strongest. If what Aksel heard about the strength of of Esme's Pokemon was true, then he should have out leveled her with this one. Sadly, due to the Froslass's type, she could be his downfall. Or, she could be the best choice he made today. It was a hit or miss with ghost types. Aksel was crossing his fingers. He was bouncing in his boots. He could barely see the battle going on, but he was dying from anticipation.
The Froslass bobbed where she levitated in the air, her eyes fixing on the Yamask. She started it with a LEER, because of this Yamask wanted to burn her too, he could think again. Then, with a spin, a purple mist formed around her and she targeted an OMINOUS WIND at the Yamask.
The ominous went sent a shudder down the yamask's spine. Wearily, it dodged the ominous wind and endeavored another will-o-wisp, shooting flames out as it shivered in the cold.

Froslass DODGED the Yamask's will-o-wisp because really? REALLY? Froslass wasn't going to fall for that too. She seemed quite PO'd that her opponent had taken down two of her allies so easily. She grumbled and shot off a SHADOW BALL at this awful excuse for a ghost.
Esme recalled the yamask almost as soon as the shadowball struck home. She replaced it with a haunter.
She didn't have a froslass herself, but she almost smiled to see the ghost pokemon--it was more of a tiny quirk at the corners of her lips, nothing more. Ghost pokemon, in her opinion, were a sign of good taste.
Nevertheless.
"Hypnosis and fire punch," she ordered.

Despite worried that this Haunter might have a Will-O-Wisp up his sleeves as well, the Froslass used her EVASION BOOST to dodge the hypnosis and the fire punch. Because, if the Haunter had something worse up his sleeve, she didn't want to be asleep for it. She lifted her hands over her head and then fired off a SHADOW BALL at this new Pokemon, who appeared much larger than the previous one. She seemed cautious and on edge. She didn't want to fail her trainer too.
