the froslass thrives in this winter, but her partner is much less fortunate. physis shudders inside of her cocoon of pilfered clothes and sleeping bag. maybe it would have been easier to camp closer to human settlement, but it also meant that fantine would be more difficult to hide. at least the wild scourge are able to protect them here. the snow seems to do wonders for the froslass' wounds. the tent isn't much, either, not for the distances that they travel. as long as the snow is kept from burying her alive, physis will be fine. if not, then her scourge pokemon will keep watch. it's a far cry from daniel's shoddy apartment, and even less than the rosenburg mansion in bellona hills. it almost seems like a fairytale castle to physis now. did it truly exist? fantine lets out a low cry, and physis rolls over from her usual sleeping position and reaches for her styler. someone's here.
