Surprisingly enough he had manage to get himself here. It was a good hike from here all the way from Nerio City but none the less he was here. Cyrus stood just outside the building as he took his hand and reached for the doorknob. Turning it slightly he heard the door up and thus made his way inside. He took his time as he glanced around at all the fancy looking objects and gadgets that were scattered along the place. Cyrus knew that he would have a field day just trying to sort through all the things to see which had a value and which stuff could sorta be tossed to the side.

However, today stealing wasn't one of his intentions but instead he was here for something else. "Hello, anyone around here" Cyrus figured he call out just to see if anyone was around. He would have really hate for no one to be here while he was because that would only increased his thoughts of actually taking something and pawning it off for money.

the professor isn't personally in today, but that was okay since mrs. sybil certainly is. the gothitelle looks up from the stack of papers that she was sorting and speaks to the trainer telepathically.

<good day. i am sorry to say that the professor is out for an unexpected meeting.> she levitates a case with her psychic powers and walks over to cyrus. <you are an eos trainer or researcher, i presume?>

the case snaps open, revealing ten pokeballs that sit inside. they are clearly labeled with species names.

It wouldn't take long for someone to take notice of him. He looked over at the pokemon that had spoke through to him and watched as she moved towards him. "Oh I see. Well no biggy. Guess I'll just hurry along and pick something" Cyrus was pretty interested to see what was inside the case. He was told that he could pick one out of the ten that were present. Cyrus really wanted to take them all but one would do for now.

"I think I'll take the Seedot" a smile formed on Cyrus's face as he looked back up at the other Pokemon.

stealing pokemon from under sybil's nose would have been a much dumber idea than stealing a pokemon from under professor cypress' nose.

she pauses before retrieving a smaller case. inside the case contained the trainer's starter kit: a trainer card, pokeballs x5, potion x1, and revive x1. she offers it to him.

Whelp, it seemed like today's agenda would be met. He clutched the pokball in his hand as he listened to the Pokemon. "No, I am a trainer. I wouldn't be best fit for researching stuff. I just like to grab and go. If you know what I mean" he gave the pokemon a sly grin as he hid the pokeball away.

Also he picked the other items that the Pokemon gave to him and tucked them away. It was probably best to hurry off on since there really wasn't point in sticking around while the Pokemon was guarding the place. Cyrus gave light nod to the Pokemon as he turned around and took it upon himself to leave so he could get this little journey started.
