He was in Decima when the scourge first invaded, and his last coherent memories are from the battle there. He remembers seeing his pokemon falling in combat. He remembers seeing his father (?) ripped to pieces in front of him. After that, he remembers anger--and then it all goes black. He doesn't know how he got to Hespera, but it's easy to figure that either another refugee or one of the first rescue workers found him. His injuries were numerous and serious, but none of them fatal. Broken bones, blood loss, poison, electrical burns, and psychic scrambling, the list goes on. He's lost his memory and gained a host of scars, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. He calls himself Orwell, and he wants to see the scourge undone. Yet he doesn't want to fight. He dreams of bloodshed, but it's not the violence that scares him. There's only one thing that scares him: the man he becomes when he sees blood. He was Kristoph Hope, a soldier in good standing with a bright future. He was quiet, thoughtful, (too) good with a knife, and he followed orders without question.
