MARCH UPDATES
EOS GALA So there's a thing. It's happening. You get one of Mercedes' eggs (a la the Bulwark reward) for participating, so go start up a thread for the Gala!
REBUILDING PAL PARK We freed Pal Park, guys! It's only took us like an entire year, but we did it! Now go vote and discuss how to rebuild our newly reclaimed territory.

ACTIVE CHARACTERS CENSUS
Please respond to the March activity check! Oops, it's already expired. Don't mind this then. As a note, we don't ever delete accounts anyway, so missing an AC doesn't really matter (besides that we miss you).
RESEARCHER REGIMENS As a point of clarification, you can only take ONE pokemon to do a regimen, and you only apply ONE regimen. This consumes a trip to a training center. It does not give any levels.
TELEKINESIS Can only be used once per battle. It effectively grants levitate to its target, but all other attacks (except 1HKOs) hit the target at --% ACC. This means they can't dodge for telekinesis' three turn duration.
REMOVING/AFFECTING LANDMARKS You can remove/destroy/somehow affect a landmark IF AND ONLY IF doing so would create a cool and inclusive content for other members to participate in, such that it justifies the landmark being taken away from everybody else to play with.
ATTUNED ANVIL WEAPONS Even if you are attuned to a weapon already, you can keep going back to the Anvil. If you don't like the new weapon generated for you, you just keep your old one. However! If you are genuinely happy with the weapon you already have, please don't give the mods more work to do just for a 1% chance that you might get something even cooler.

A clarification followed by change.
CONFUSION Like all status ailments, confusion cannot be shrugged off when you're first affected by it. You only roll for the odd/even to see if you act despite the confusion.
AGENTS LEARNING SIGNS Agents no longer learn signs by seeing them. They only get one randomized at the end of a thread. You will always get a new legendary sign, no doubles.
The original intention was that you only learned them from rangers. Apparently this is confusing, so just pulling it out altogether.

A slew of ranger/agent changes.
AGENT PROGRESSION Nerfed. They no longer have unlimited dodges. Much of their power has been back ended rather than front-loaded like before. The unique agent signs (from Jiro at Somnus Ruins) have been reworked into their progression to make up for this.
RANGER PROGRESSION Altered significantly, but it shouldn't make a huge difference in practice. These changes are NOT exactly the same as the ones I posted for discussion. The difference is that I slowed down their progression slowly. After the initial burst of basic sign collecting, progression should slow down dramatically.
BASIC SIGNS A complete rework with only a few staying the same. The changes are meant to clarify that they're NOT supposed to be used in battle, but they can be hugely rewarding in story potential and solutions for creative RPers.
CAUTION: RANGER POWER LEVELS A note for mods and the unwary: rangers are very, very strong. A three pokemon ranger team is intended to be equivalent to a six pokemon trainer team. Keep this in mind when designing encounters for them. Their biggest weakness is that they essentially have to run if even one of their pokemon goes down, especially early on. If they still seem too strong, let me know. They can quite easily be toned down.
