SWARMING ! A rare sight indeed! For those that can swim out into the Egerian Sea, there's a very visible school of phione are playing in the still very chilly waters. The cold doesn't seem to bother them though, and any trainer with the cojones and a winter coat to visit them can capture a phione for themselves. Just post here with a thrown pokeball, and a wild phione will be yours! YOU NEED SURF TO ACCESS THIS AREA, BROSKIS.
