It's honestly not hard for an individual to befriend Jered - he's quite friendly unless you give him a reason to dislike you. Often times he is nervous and stutters, but he smiles and offers friendly gestures nevertheless. He usually allows other people to approach him, although he will initiate if he's interested enough. He enjoys smoking, observing new pokemon, and playing video games.
ENEMIES
Being hot-headed, one would assume that Jered is easy to piss off. It honestly depends on the situation and the person. He will tolerate different people differently according to the environment. His mood plays a big part as well, but he has been known to speak his mind, even if his opinion is the unpopular one. He's not afraid to get in a physical fight when it comes down to it, occasionally ending in a fat lip on his part. He disagrees with Pokemon abuse, and often will speak out against it. As his confidence builds, a stronger the bond with his Pokemon will result, and a more feisty battler will be produced.
LOVERS
Jered is homosexual, and always will be. He has a slight interest in women, but not enough to have a romantic relationship with them. He can flirt, but almost will never follow through. Jered prefers people with similar interests - guys with glasses are hotties to him. Deep down inside, he's most likely a romantic, but he has never really found a guy that really felt like the real deal, so he doesn't have much experience. He is flirty though, and will be straight up when he finds another man attractive - and by straight up, I mean awkwardly obvious.
meet delilah, who i think will get along with jered quite well? she's pretty outgoing and easy to get along with -- and since he doesn't look like a raving lunatic, she probably won't want to punch him in the face, either. she'd appreciate how frank he is, because she happens to be the same way, so yeah. i think they could make pretty good friends.
cameron is a woman who walks/talks/looks like a man. she's generally not that talkative, but as long as he meets her when she's not bent on working she's not ... that hard to get along with, either. (she does believe in the inherent corruption of society though, so uh there's that.) edit oh, and she's a hades agent. probably should mention that.
Deliliah sounds like a good friend for Jered! He's quite down to earth and although he can get pretty nervous around new people, he's a legitimate person. I wonder how they could meet though? Any ideas? She's a trainer and he's a researcher, so maybe we can make an interest twist in there!
Cameron... oh lawdy. I don't know what Jered would ever do if he met a Hades Agent. He'd probably just sit there like a fish out of water, staring at her. Not to mention, she looks like a man, so he may try to hit on her.
if jered is into researching, he could maybe see delilah training and ask to see her pokemon? since trainers train and whatnot, haha. c: the thread can take place anywhere you want.
and cameron would stare at him, confused as all hell if he hit on her. (let's put it this way; if cameron 'hits on' someone, she'd think she's supposed to punch them through a window) but it might be interesting for them to meet? in the dream world, though, since she doesn't fight in there. cameron is actually a pretty nice person, even if she's about as socially adept as a landed fish, so if she doesn't have her camerupt there's really no reason for her to be antagonistic haha.
HERE'S DANA, she's a 22 year old researcher as well, but she's completely neurotic and kind of crazy under a nice, friendly exterior. They're basically opposites, as, from what his history implies, Jered has done some scary shit and Dana's like lol wuts drugs. Either way, I figure that she'd be like HEY BBY OMG YOU HAVE POKEMON LET ME SCAN and Jered would probs do the same, so we could at least throw them together for something like that? I had this idea where Dana would just follow someone around and abuse them to get dex entries in the wild, and since her Oddish just cripples things for lawlz, Jered might even find her useful, too. None of what I just said makes sense, but yeah, we could just thread them and see what happens?
ARCHER is a little better, but he's younger so i mean idk if you'd want to thread with him. Either way, Archer would definitely find Jered intriguing to talk to, so if you have any ideas for them, let me know. c:
